Delete Account

Request the deletion of your KidPause account and all associated data.

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to permanently delete your KidPause account and all associated information, you can do so using one of the methods described below.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Account information (email address, display name, profile avatar)
  • All child profiles and settings
  • Screen time session history
  • Schedules and recurring rules
  • Pause history
  • Analytics and reports data
  • App preferences and PIN settings

What Happens After You Request Deletion

  • Your data will be permanently deleted within 72 hours of the request.
  • Account deletion is irreversible — all data will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
  • If you have an active KidPause Premium subscription, you must cancel it separately through the Apple App Store to avoid continued billing.
  • Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes.

How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: Delete from the App

You can delete your account directly from the KidPause app. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the prompts to confirm deletion.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to our support team. Click the button below to send a pre-filled deletion request:

Important Notes

  • Please use the email address associated with your KidPause account when submitting a deletion request so we can verify your identity.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
